Volunteers are welcome. To get this project moving forward with real momentum there is a need for human capital right now.
If you can donate some of your time and an applicable skill set then that may turn out to be even more important than any $$$ donation could ever be.
Also, if you are unable to directly volunteer (or simply have no applicable skills): On an informal basis anyone can become a well wisher or a word-of-mouth "super spreader" of Worldwide Sleigh Ride project awareness. Every single mention or recommendation can help to raise the profile of this project.

As far as "medium term" and "long term" yes that means 2022 throughout the calendar year with the understanding that the workload would be very, very light starting in January in the period after the holidays, and then ramping up as the season comes back around again. It looks like 2021 is going to be very much a stripped down, bare bones trial run ...but I see 2022 as the beginning of the real deal.
There is a very small political litmus test hurdle for participation in this project: All are welcome with the exception of those trying to inject anti-freedom ideologies (the Bill of Rights is not a suicide pact). If that is you then I would just say you're in the wrong place. (Folks who are non-political, apathetic or simply neutral on political matters are, of course, welcome. A lot of people just wanna enjoy some holiday music!)
There is a very small religious litmus test hurdle for participation in this project: All are welcome with the obvious exception of those with actual anti-Christian bias.
Also, while a few specifically religious appeals might be made to certain communities who are likely to become volunteers, the fundamental reality of this project is that it is an entertainment project. It's not church. It's not bible study. But there is indeed an overlay of Christianity and -- if the spirit moves you -- then perhaps some will join the effort on that basis.
For me personally probably 1/3 of my motivation to make this project a success is rooted in the general idea of spreading the Good News. For me it's not the dominant element, but it is an important element. Mostly this is a holiday music project in my mind.
Having said all of that: there is no requirement for any other people involved in this project to bring anything but their own personal and private motivations to the effort -- whatever those may be -- as long as the motivations are not hostile to the overall guiding philosophy.
***CAUTION: At this point (Oct 2021) I advise caution to any creative artists thinking about getting involved with the Worldwide Sleigh Ride project. Relatively benign as it is, apparently this nascent project has already struck a nerve (meaning triggered the woke lunatics: which is proof positive that we're doing good work here!) and could therefore still be damaging to your resume and career prospects -- depending on what exactly your future plans are. Notice how few celebrities in the sports, entertainment, arts, music industries are speaking out against the ascendant mega corp finance/media/tech oligarchy, the drip, drip, drip of anti-Christian atrocities, the emerging Chi-com social credit score tyranny etc. These "stars" are having their careers threatened behind the scenes.***

Just reading the above paragraph should make your blood boil! Is it really that bad out there? Oh, yeah. It appears to be full blown culture war out there now.
The news headlines are getting very crazy. Much more than just a year ago. The Globalist Elite knives are coming out bigtime. Mass vaccination of the children?! For a disease that carries nearly zero risk to them?
Now is the time for dissenters, resistors, heroes and fighters. This is spiritual warfare. And this is economic warfare. Persons without the desire or ability to resist probably should just keep their heads down and stay away from any formal connection to projects like this one.
But maybe ask yourself: If not now... then when exactly are you going to start pushing back?
You can still help the cause informally by using digital word-of-mouth strategies to raise the project profile and that is truly the much appreciated work of unsung heroes.
